Fordmore Farm Shop and Café Open Day - Saturday 31st August

Join us at Fordmore Farm Shop and Café for our first open day – on Saturday August 31 – to celebrate our five-year anniversary.

The free event, which will take place from 10am-4pm, will include food tastings, ice creams and free barbecue demonstrations.

You’ll be able to sample delicious food and drink from our fantastic suppliers, meet our existing businesses and also the new companies who have joined us on site this summer – Pure Hair, Simple Beauty and HD Fitness, who will be opening their doors for you to look around!

The café will be open all day, and we’ll also have takeaways on offer, choose from beer and a burger, or fish and chips and a beer for just £14.95.

Tom Harradine, owner of Fordmore Farmshop and Café, said: “We’re really looking forward to inviting people to come and look around and sample some of the amazing food and drink we have on offer from west country suppliers. We’re grateful to everyone who has supported us over the last five years, and this feels like a nice way to say thank you to them.

“It will also be a great chance to showcase the existing businesses who are based here and the three new businesses - HD Fitness, Pure Hair and Simple Beauty - who are all joining us here this summer. It’s an exciting time for us and we’re looking forward to meeting our community.”
