Slow grown Longhorn Beef Wellington (individual portions, or a whole wellington serving 10 people)
Stuffed porchetta, pork loin and belly from Orway Porch Farm pork. Choose from a range of stuffing – sage and red onion, sage and apple or sage, red pepper and shallots. (serves 4-30)
Chicken parcels. Whole free range chicken leg, with sausage meat stuffing, wrapped in bacon.
Pheasant bomb. Choose from cranberry and orange or sage and onion stuffing.
Stuffed, rolled loin of lamb. Choose from apricot and almond, rosemary and garlic or wild mushroom and garlic stuffing. (serves 2-16)
Shoulder of lamb. Choose from apricot and almond, rosemary and garlic or wild mushroom and garlic stuffing. (serves 4-16)
Beef swirl. Flank steak stuffed with Swiss cheese, red pepper and spinach. (serves 2-10)
Moroccan lamb pinwheel. Lamb flavoured with garlic, onion, paprika and tomato in pastry. (individual portions up to 16)
